Dear Members of the Korean Society of Endoscopic Neurosurgery (KOSEN),
I am Soon Ki Sung, Department of Neurosurgery, Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital, and I am deeply honored to assume the role of the 11th President of the Korean Society of Endoscopic Neurosurgery (KOSEN).
As I take on this important responsibility within our society, which has achieved remarkable growth and development since its founding, I feel both immense pride and a profound sense of duty. It is truly a privilege to have the opportunity to serve our distinguished society and its members.
First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest respect and gratitude to the 10th President, Dr. Sang Duk Hong, whose leadership laid the foundation for harmony and innovation, as well as to the executive officers and former presidents who have devoted themselves to the advancement of KOSEN.
Building upon the spirit of unity and global collaboration established by the previous administration, the 11th Executive Board is committed to further strengthening the academic excellence of our society and fostering the next generation of neurosurgeons through systematic education and mentorship.
We will continue to listen closely to the voices of our members and do our utmost to ensure that KOSEN continues to grow and thrive, overcoming challenges and reaching new heights. As we strive to establish KOSEN as a leading society on the global stage, I sincerely ask for your continued support, encouragement, and active participation.
